Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 28, 2026

BCX National ("BCX National," "we," "us," or "our") provides nationwide freight transportation and logistics services, including Rapid Response Team deployments, less-than-truckload (LTL) freight, expedited freight, and dedicated/exclusive-use capacity. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, request coverage or submit an inquiry, work with us as a shipper, carrier partner, or vendor, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

BCX National is a DOT/MC-compliant motor carrier and logistics provider operating in all 50 states with 24/7 dispatch. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, BCX National is the entity responsible for determining how and why your personal information is processed (sometimes called the "controller").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

This information may include your name, company name, job title, phone number, e-mail address, mailing address, and any other details you choose to share with us.

2.2 Shipment, Account, and Service Data

Because we provide freight transportation, dispatch, and last-mile/white-glove delivery services, we also collect information necessary to quote, dispatch, track, and complete a shipment or service, which may include:

  • Pickup and delivery addresses, shipment contents, weight, and special handling instructions
  • Load, route, dispatch, and delivery status/tracking data
  • Carrier, driver, and operator identification, licensing, and compliance records (e.g., DOT/MC numbers, insurance certificates)
  • Billing, invoicing, and payment information related to freight and service agreements
  • Photos, signatures, or confirmations collected at pickup or delivery, where applicable

2.3 Information Collected Automatically (Log Files)

When you visit our website, our servers automatically record certain information for security and service-reliability purposes, including your IP address, referrer URL, internet service provider, the files accessed, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and HTTP status codes. We generally retain this log data for a limited period (e.g., approximately seven days) unless longer retention is required for security investigations or legal compliance.

2.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies:

  • Technically Required Cookies — necessary for the website to function and are typically deleted when you close your browser.
  • Analytics and Marketing Cookies — used only with your consent where required by law, to help us understand site usage and measure the performance of our marketing (for example, page views and conversions).

We may use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads to analyze website traffic and measure advertising performance, including cross-device and retargeting features. Conversion-tracking cookies used for these purposes are typically valid for up to 30 days. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.

2.5 Online Chat

If we offer live chat or chatbot functionality on our website, conversations may be recorded to help us respond to and improve our service. Where a chat relates to an active inquiry or service request, we may retain the content of that conversation for as long as needed to fulfill the request.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:

  • Service Providers — vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as dispatch and tracking technology, payment processing, sales and marketing support, and IT hosting, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Carrier and Delivery Partners — drivers, operators, and partner carriers involved in fulfilling a shipment or delivery.
  • Business Transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
  • Legal and Safety Reasons — to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BCX National, our customers, or others.
  • With Your Consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.

Any transfer of personal information outside the United States (if applicable) is made using appropriate safeguards to ensure your information remains protected.

5. SMS/Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from BCX National, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive messages. We use this information only to send the messages you requested, such as responses to coverage inquiries, truck availability updates, and service or shipment notifications.

SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from the information-sharing categories described in Section 4. We share this information only with service providers that help us deliver messages (for example, our messaging platform provider), and only to send the messages you requested.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information in Section 12. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and comply with our legal, regulatory (including DOT/FMCSA recordkeeping), and contractual obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.

7. Data Security

We maintain technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized or unlawful access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. Our employees, contractors, and service providers are required to maintain the confidentiality of personal information and to comply with applicable data protection laws. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
